The laser emitter emits a reference circular plane with a certain diameter (or a reference slope can be provided), and the receiver installed on the support rod of the scraper shovel processes the collected signal through the controller to control the hydraulic actuator. The hydraulic mechanism controls the scraper shovel to move up and down as required to complete the land leveling operation.
